The product itself works great. The only issue I experienced was trying to use a solar charger unit to power the light. It never seemed to store enough charge to power the sign more than about 4-6 hrs.
I switched to powering the device using the 12v transformer plugged into a 120v power plug I installed on the wall under the sign.
Since then, I’ve had no issues.
