Q: Does my order have Free Shipping?
A: Yes, all orders are shipped for Free worldwide. We work with reliable express companies to send your sign to you safely and quickly.
Q: Is my online payment information secure?
A: Yes, BacklitLEDSign uses the secure payment platform to process payments. We accept paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit/debit cards. Alternatively, you also have the option to pay via wire transfer, and any applicable bank charges will be covered on our end. 
Q: What are the color options for the sign selection?
A: We can custom the sign in any Pantone colors, including Brushed Silver, Mirror Silver, Brushed Gold, Mirror Gold, Rust Style, White, Black, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, and more.
Q: What are the LED lighting color solutions for the sign?
A: We offer a variety of LED lighting color options, including: Warm White (3200K), Light Warm White (4500K), White (6500K), Cold White (10000K),Yellow, Orange, Rose Red, Red, Dark Blue, Sky Blue, Green, Purple and Changeable Color.
Q: How does the RGB color work, and does it include the white color?
A: Yes, the RGB color option does include a white color, although it is a mixed white, not a pure white.You can click the image below to view our demonstration video showcasing the display effects of our RGB color options, including the mixed white color.
Q: What color options are available for the custom neon sign?
A: Our custom neon light signs can be made in a variety of colors. You can view the available neon tube color options in the image display.
Q: How does the Individual Letters Installation method work?
A: For non-illuminated letters: You can use screws with thread rods or glue with a PVC template to install the letters;
For front-lit or back-lit letters: You can use screws with thread rods, ensuring that the wall can be drilled through to properly install the letters.
Q: If I can't drill through the wall, what are my options for installing the sign?
A: If you can't drill the wall, we have alternative installation options:
The sign can come pre-mounted on a backplate, with just one wire.
The sign can be mounted using PVC or pasted directly on the wall.
For any special requirements, just contact us and we'll help find the best solution.
Q: How durable are the Custom Logo Sign and the Backlit Address Numbers?
A: The backlit address numbers and all custom signage are extremely durable and made to last. They are crafted with very high quality using Stainless Steel and Acrylic materials, designed to withstand rain and harsh weather conditions.
Q: Is the required hardware and installation template included with my order?
A: Yes, the required installation hardware, such as hanger bolt screws, and the installation template are all included with each order shipment.
Q: How can I power up the sign?
A: You have a few options to power your custom lit sign or backlit address numbers:
- Connect the included 110V AC to 12V DC converter (LED driver) to a regular 110V household outlet.
- Hardwire the sign directly into a 110V electrical panel (the 110V AC to 12V DC converter is included).
- Connect the sign directly to an existing 12V DC power source.
Q: Can I connect the Custom-Lit Sign or Backlit Address Numbers directly to 110V or 240V AC source?
A: No, all of our custom signage and lit numbers are 12V DC so they cannot be connected directly to any AC power source. You will need to connect them to the LED Driver (110V AC to 12V DC) first (make sure to connect them to the correct side of the LED Driver) and then connect the LED driver to the 110V-240V AC power source.
Note: connecting them directly to an AC power source (e.g. 110V-240V AC panel, 110V-240V AC outlet, etc.) without the 110V to 12V DC converter (LED Driver) is very dangerous, not safe, and should not be done in under any circumstances.
Q: Is the LED Driver Transformer included with my order?
A: Yes, the required LED Driver Transformer (110V-240V AC to 12D DC Converter) is included with your order.
Q: How does the Dusk to Dawn Light Sensor Auto On/Off switch work?
A: The light sensor will turn the custom lit sign or lighted address numbers on when it senses dusk (night) and will turn them off when it senses dawn (morning).
Q: How does the Timer Auto On/Off switch work?
A: Basically, you set the timer to turn on and off at specific times and it will switch the illuminated logo sign and lighted numbers on and off based on your settings.
Q: What information do I need to provide to get a custom logo sign?
A: If you have any special requirements beyond our standard custom options, we can create a mockup for you. Please reply with the following details:
- Desired size of the sign
- Text(s) you want to include
- Font style
- Front/face color
- Lighting color
- Preferred design type or a picture reference
- Vector file of the logo if you have one
